FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING 

La Passarella LLC offers free standard shipping within the contiguous US on orders of $60.00 USD or more. 

 
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME 

Flat rate shipping of $6.99.

USPS First: Calculated at check out, this will depend on weight, size and destination of the package.

Priority Mail: Calculated at check out, this will depend on weight, size and destination of the package. 

Our shipping timelines:

-North America: 5-9  business days.
-Global: 15-20 business days. Please refer to our policies to verify countries we don't ship.
-Australia and New Zealand: 7 - 22 business days.

UPS Second Day Air: Calculated at checkout. Shipped out within 1 business day from order placed. Delivered within 2 business days from shipment date. Saturday deliveries not guaranteed.                     
*All shipping charges include processing, packaging and transportation. 
**Estimated Delivery Date includes processing and carrier transit time. 
We cannot guarantee order modifications, address changes, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please note, we do not take responsibility for any stolen or lost packages. Please reach out directly to the courier regarding such issues. 
 
With the possible exception of shipments during special promotions, new product launches, holidays, or other seasonal fluctuations, orders are processed within 1 business day from when the order was placed. 

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 3-10 business days to arrive using USPS First Class, depending on the destination being shipped. Sunday deliveries are subject to USPS standard terms. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages. We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

Flat rate shipping of $8.99.

Shipping time: 

Canada orders are shipping from Canada and are delivered within 3-12 business days from shipping date.  
With the possible exception of shipments during special promotions, new product launches, holidays, or other seasonal fluctuations, orders are processed within 1 business day from when the order was placed. 

Shipping Restrictions: 
La Passarella LLC is unable to ship greater than the maximum shipping weights over 6lbs or 2.72KGs. Shipping options will not appear at checkout if you exceed this amount. To repopulate your shipping options, we can recommend splitting your order to meet the threshold.  
 

Returns For Canada And International Destinations

For Canada and International orders we do not provide returns currently.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and carrier link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message. 
 

WHERE DO WE SHIP

La Passarella LLC currently ship to the 50 united states plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. We also ship internationally. We do not ship to freight forwarders’ addresses. Any orders completed using a freight forwarder are not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason. We do not have control over the conditions with which freight forwarders ship our products and are not able to guarantee their condition upon arrival. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping internationally or to a freight forwarder.

RETURN FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE 

For USA PURCHASES ONLY lapassarella.com offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on regularly priced items only. All products in an order made using a coupon code, including those for a free product, are not eligible for return. If you are unsatisfied with your regularly priced purchase from lapassarella.com for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase date, you may return the product unused, and the product must be unopened in the original package. You will receive a refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping fees.  
Please note that we monitor return activity, and we reserve the right to limit returns for refunds. 
We regret that unless a shipping error was made by lapassarella.com, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs, if applicable.  We are unable to accept returns COD. 
Examples of shipping errors include shipment of incorrect product, or the product was unusable due to damage incurred during shipping.
 
La Passarella LLC does not currently offer exchanges or refunds for any orders from Canada and International destinations.
 
If you are unsatisfied with our product, we recommend you contact us with your concerns we will try to answer you within 24 to 48 hours (about 2 days). We will then issue a refund after the returned goods are received, inspected and processed. We do not cover the cost of shipping back the product unless the return is due to a qualifying damage or warehouse error.   
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from lapassarella.com. Products purchased from other retailers or other e-commerce sites may not be returned to lapassarella.com if they are La Passarella and Lóa Makeup and Skincare branded products, and will not be credited back, or returned to you. The original retailer must be contacted, and their terms and conditions will apply. 

 
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS 

To return your product, email lapassarella.com. Include order number as well as reason for return. In the case of damage or incorrect items received, we require a photo or photos depicting the issue. A member of our customer service team will provide you with return instructions within 1-2 business days of your request. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise.  
 
Package your return item (bottle, jar, makeup, etc..) in the product's box and original packaging. Pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Returns of product boxes without product inside will not be accepted. 

 
TIME TO RETURN 

If you process your return within 30 days from the date of purchase and we receive your item, we will refund your original form of payment minus original shipping costs. However, if more than 30 days have passed since your original purchase date, refunds are allowed only in the sole and absolute discretion of lapassarella.com. 
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Once your return is approved for a refund and your item is received, then your refund will be processed within 3 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.  
If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it after one full billing cycle on your credit card statement, we suggest you contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or it may be in process. 

 
SALE ITEMS AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS 

Only regularly priced products may be returned for refund. All bundles, kits, promotional, sale or discontinued items are final sales and cannot be returned, this includes any products purchased using a promotional code or coupon code. The determination about whether an item is eligible for return is made only at the sole and absolute discretion of lapassarella.com. 

  
RETURNED GIFTS 

If you received product as a gift and the product was marked as a gift by the purchaser and shipped directly to you, you will receive a product credit for the value of your return. La Passarella LLC do require an order ID or proof of purchase from our website in order to issue that credit. We will not replace or issue credits for products not purchased on lapassarella.com. We recommend you ask for the order ID or have the purchaser's email address available at the time of your request. All other return policies apply. Gifts may not be suitable for a cash refund. Product credit may not be redeemed for cash (unless required by law), reloaded, transferred to others, or sold and can only be used at this Site. Merchandise credit will not be replaced if lost or stolen. 

 
RETURNED MERCHANDISE POLICY 
La Passarella LLC protects the integrity of the products we sell.  All returned (used or unused) products are not returned to inventory and are properly disposed of.
